AV Trucks' heavy-duty diesel servicing capability has just been boosted by the appointment of Matthew O’Neill as the dealership’s new Service Manager. With vast hands-on experience as both proprietor and manager in the field, Matt has played a crucial role in keeping some of the biggest truck brands on the road and producing across WA for both single truck operators and fleets.

After his apprenticeship at Diesel Motors, Matt worked with Brambles and Westrac before taking supervisory and then management roles with Swan Valley Diesel Service from 2006 to 2018, moving to a management role at CJD Trucks in Kewdale. Most recently he has managed the maintenance and repair of vital heavy mine site equipment at Northern Star’s Jundee operation, northeast of Wiluna.

AV Trucks has a firmly established reputation in WA for quality, technically superior service and maintenance, and Matt brings the kind of management and organisational skills needed to boost the company’s already renowned performance in after-sales service.
